Tim’s Top Links – 3/17/20

While the world continues to be flooded with troubling news about this global pandemic, there WAS some good news announced this morning.

Tom Brady will be leaving the New England Patriots!  As a Jets fan, I could not be happier that he will no longer be in New England!

Here’s what I’ve been reading this morning:

‘Two Things We Know With High Confidence’ – Morgan Housel – Collaborative Fund

  • In uncertain times like this, it’s better to focus on things we know with high certainty.  Morgan outlines two of those things today.

‘Six Steps for Leadership in a Crisis’ – Josh Brown – The Reformed Broker

  • Leadership is crucial nowadays.  Josh offers commentary on six steps for leadership laid out by Gary Burnison, CEO of Korn Ferry.

‘The Second Best Time to Plant a Tree…’ – Justin Castelli – All About Your Benjamins

  • We can’t go back in time and change our initial reactions and actions to the coronavirus, but we can control how we react moving forward to help stop it.

‘The Historic Sell-Off & a Game of Expectations’ – Ben Carlson – A Wealth of Common Sense

  • Ben puts this historic sell-off into perspective and writes about expectations moving forward for how long this could linger.
