‘Leveraged ETFs? No Thanks’ – Larry Swedroe – The Evidence Based Investor

  • In his latest post, Larry writes about how leveraged ETFs increases the volatility of your portfolio, but not necessarily the returns.

‘Should You Use a Traditional IRA or Roth IRA for Retirement Savings?’ – Peter Lazaroff

  • Saving for retirement is important, but using the right savings vehicle can be confusing.  Peter breaks down the traditional IRA versus the Roth IRA.

‘The Biggest Lie in Personal Finance’ – Nick Maggiulli – Of Dollars and Data

  • Lots of personal finance experts will tell you cutting back on spending is the key to financial success.  Nick writes about why that is not necessarily the case.
